Service Description
The Foundation+ Path is a complete, time-defined one-to-one online drum coaching program designed for adult drummers who need clarity, stability, and direction before moving forward. This is not a collection of lessons and not a subscription. It is a structured development program delivered across 15 live one-to-one coaching sessions, each lasting one hour, and guided by the Practice Intelligence™ (PI) framework. Practice Intelligence focuses not only on what you play, but on how you practice, how you adjust, and how progress is created over time. Instead of relying on repetition or imitation, the program trains awareness, decision-making, and controlled progression so improvement becomes consistent and repeatable. Each session is delivered live and personally, allowing for real-time feedback, precise correction, and continuous adjustment based on your actual playing. Sessions follow a clear internal progression, ensuring continuity rather than disconnected exercises or random topics. Foundation+ is designed for drummers who: feel unsure what to practice or why experience inconsistent timing or coordination see progress appear briefly and then fade want structure without exams or certifications The program focuses on building stable time feel, coordinated movement, relaxed and efficient technique, and the ability to recognize problems early and respond correctly. Enrollment is intentionally limited. Only 10 students are accepted per intake, and all sessions are delivered one-to-one by the founder, ensuring consistency, focus, and depth of guidance. Students who complete all 15 sessions receive a Founding Cohort Completion Badge, issued only once, acknowledging full participation in the initial founder-led cohort. After completing the program, there is no automatic continuation. Students may choose to continue with ongoing coaching, transition to other DrumOrama paths, or stop without obligation. Foundation+ is not a shortcut. It is a reliable starting point for long-term development built on structure, responsibility, and Practice Intelligence™.
Cancellation Policy
1. Session Duration and Cost Each coaching session is 1 hour. The session fee is 59.99 EUR and is conducted via Zoom. 2. Booking Process Sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. Bookings are made via our website’s scheduling tool. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the session details and Zoom link. 3. Payment Terms All sessions require a valid credit or debit card on file when booking online. Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards or online payment options (PayPal, etc.). 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% fee (29.99 EUR). No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the session will be charged the full session fee. Rescheduling within the allowed time frame (24 hours or more) is free of charge. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late to the session, we will do our best to make the most of the remaining time. The session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other bookings. However, at my discretion as your instructor, I may extend the session slightly if my schedule allows, ensuring you still receive a valuable and productive experience. 6. Technical Issues Ensure that your device, internet connection, and Zoom setup are functioning before the session. If technical issues arise on the coach’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost. If technical issues occur on the client’s side, the session fee will not be refunded unless the coach deems the situation eligible for rescheduling. 7. Refund Policy Refunds are only available for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process. 8. Session Recordings (Optional) If agreed upon in advance, sessions can be recorded for the client’s personal use only. Recording requests must be communicated prior to the session. 9. Privacy and Confidentiality All session content, personal information, and discussions will be kept confidential. Recordings, if applicable, are protected and will not be shared without consent. 10.
