The Role of the Teacher
The teacher’s role is not fixed.
At times, guidance is direct and explicit.
At other times, intervention is minimal and precisely timed.
This shift is part of the working framework and does not require explanation in advance.
Context
DrumOrama works with beginners, intermediate, and advanced students.
Some work takes place within formal examination contexts, including those of the London College of Music (LCM).
Examination alignment describes context, not outcome.
DrumOrama exists to support long-term engagement with the instrument,
not to define success or measure progress.
