DrumOrama provides structured drum education services, including but not limited to:

Ongoing coaching programs with recurring scheduling

All services are delivered live unless explicitly stated otherwise.
DrumOrama does not guarantee specific results, certifications, or progression outcomes.
DrumOrama reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Eligibility and Enrollment
Enrollment is available to individuals who:

Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/legal guardian consent

Have the necessary technical equipment to participate in online sessions
By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. Payments and Fees

All prices are stated in EUR and may be subject to VAT according to EU regulations.

Payments are processed in advance through the payment methods available on the Website.

Recurring programs are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of access to services.
5. Cancellations, Missed Sessions, and Refunds

Live coaching sessions are scheduled by appointment.

Missed sessions are not refunded and not rescheduled, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Monthly program fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

No refunds are provided for partial participation or non-attendance.
This policy applies regardless of the reason for absence, including personal or technical issues on the client’s side.
6. Technical Responsibility
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their internet connection, equipment, and software function correctly before each session.
Technical issues on the participant’s side do not entitle them to refunds or rescheduling.
If technical issues occur on DrumOrama’s side, the session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided by DrumOrama, including but not limited to lesson structures, educational materials, text, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of DrumOrama.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any content without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:

Share access credentials with third parties

Record or distribute sessions without explicit consent

Disrupt sessions or interfere with the learning environment
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
DrumOrama is not liable for:

Any indirect or consequential damages

Loss of data, income, or opportunities

Outcomes related to individual practice or performance
Participation is at your own discretion and responsibility.
10. Termination of Services
DrumOrama reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if these Terms are violated or if continued participation is deemed incompatible with the program structure.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
12. Changes to These Terms
DrumOrama may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
