Service Description
Mastery Tier 1 is a structured weekly drum coaching program designed for students who already have some basic familiarity with the instrument and are ready for a more deliberate and organized form of study. It operates within a clearer developmental framework than Foundation+, with greater continuity between sessions and a more defined relationship between weekly work and longer-term study. The program is built for students who no longer need only stable contact with the instrument, but are ready to work within a more intentional process. Sessions follow a structured weekly format and support work across coordination, time, reading, control, listening, and general musical organization through live coaching. Weekly work is approached with clearer continuity from lesson to lesson, and brief review or follow-through processes may be used where needed to support structure and instructor awareness. These remain secondary to the central work at the instrument. Mastery Tier 1 is not an examination route and does not depend on formal certification goals. It is intended for students who are ready for a more directed and more demanding weekly study environment than Foundation+. The program does not promise examination success, performance outcomes, or fixed timelines. Its purpose is to provide a more deliberate educational structure in which regular weekly study can be sustained with greater continuity and responsibility. Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Service DrumOrama provides live online drum coaching through structured programs. Enrolment grants access to an active coaching period, not to standalone sessions unless otherwise stated. Some assessment services may be offered separately as one-time sessions before enrolment or before placement into a confirmed route or level. 2. Enrolment and Billing Coaching programs operate on recurring monthly billing unless otherwise stated. Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. 3. Booking and Scheduling Sessions are booked through the DrumOrama booking system. Availability depends on program structure, season, and instructor capacity. Specific days or times are not guaranteed beyond confirmed bookings. 4. Attendance, Cancellations and Missed Sessions Students are responsible for attending confirmed sessions. Missed sessions and late cancellations are not refunded or rescheduled unless DrumOrama states otherwise in writing. Late arrival shortens the session accordingly. 5. Separate Assessment Services Where a separate assessment service is offered, it may be governed by its own specific terms, fee structure, duration, booking conditions, and enrolment conditions in addition to this Booking Policy. 6. Access and Continuity Continued access depends on timely payment and compliance with program requirements. DrumOrama may adjust scheduling or operational procedures when reasonably necessary.
