Service Description
Mastery Tier 3 is a structured weekly drum coaching program designed for students who are ready to work at the highest level of demand within the Mastery Path. It is intended for those who can sustain strong continuity between lessons, greater responsibility between sessions, and a more mature relationship with long-term weekly study. The program operates within a highly organized monthly framework and supports more substantial work across technical control, timing, coordination, reading, musical understanding, stylistic clarity, and overall structural consistency. Sessions are delivered through live coaching in a longer format and assume a stronger level of readiness for demanding weekly study. Students in this tier are expected to support the process with clearer preparation between lessons, stronger follow-through, and greater stability inside a demanding lesson rhythm. Review points, continuity measures, and instructor oversight may be used more actively where needed in order to maintain clarity, consistency, and longer-range study direction. Mastery Tier 3 is not a formal examination route. It is suitable for students who are able to sustain the highest level of non-examination study demand within the Mastery Path without moving into the separate Distinction pathway. The program does not promise examination success, performance outcomes, or fixed timelines. Its purpose is to provide a serious and stable educational environment for students capable of sustaining the highest level of weekly non-examination drum study within the Mastery pathway. Enrollment Enrollment grants access to Mastery Tier 3 on a monthly basis. • Complete the enrollment form with basic details and availability • Receive onboarding information, technical requirements, and start date confirmation • Follow a structured monthly lesson rhythm with stronger continuity expectations • Continue monthly where appropriate
Cancellation Policy
1. Scope of Service DrumOrama provides live online drum coaching through structured programs. Enrolment grants access to an active coaching period, not to standalone sessions unless otherwise stated. Some assessment services may be offered separately as one-time sessions before enrolment or before placement into a confirmed route or level. 2. Enrolment and Billing Coaching programs operate on recurring monthly billing unless otherwise stated. Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are shown excluding VAT where applicable. 3. Booking and Scheduling Sessions are booked through the DrumOrama booking system. Availability depends on program structure, season, and instructor capacity. Specific days or times are not guaranteed beyond confirmed bookings. 4. Attendance, Cancellations and Missed Sessions Students are responsible for attending confirmed sessions. Missed sessions and late cancellations are not refunded or rescheduled unless DrumOrama states otherwise in writing. Late arrival shortens the session accordingly. 5. Separate Assessment Services Where a separate assessment service is offered, it may be governed by its own specific terms, fee structure, duration, booking conditions, and enrolment conditions in addition to this Booking Policy. 6. Access and Continuity Continued access depends on timely payment and compliance with program requirements. DrumOrama may adjust scheduling or operational procedures when reasonably necessary.
